Completed Estlcam hand wheel.
The housing corresponds to the Estlcam hand wheel by Christian Knüll (Estlcam), except for the PS2 connector, this version is wired directly (strain relieved).

According to the specifications of Christian Knüll developer of Esltcam, we support SeoGeo for the range of functions of the hand wheel.
